What Caregivers Can Teach Us

In the month that serves to honor the work of caregivers (National Caregivers Awareness month) and the week that holds space for a National Day of Gratitude (Thanksgiving), it seems appropriate to take a moment to thank the caregivers among us, and ask the question: how can we better support you?

At EarlySense, caregivers are at the foundation of our organization, and the driving force behind our technology solutions as we look to support people managing chronic illnesses at home.

To that end, we invite you to take our special caregiver survey – and tell us how you use technology to assist you as you provide care for a loved one.

The way we support caregivers is critical: According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), “Caregiving is an important public health issue that affects the quality of life for millions of individuals. As the population ages, it is critical to understand the physical and mental health burden on caregivers, the range of tasks caregivers may perform, and the societal and economic impacts of long-term caregiving.”
